2. Nature of Service

Spectrum ABA Therapy, as presented on this site, is a fictional entity used to demonstrate the SpectraScales architecture. We do not provide real medical advice, behavioral therapy, or healthcare scheduling through this portal.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform architecture, UI components, automations, and overall design deployed on this demo site are the exclusive intellectual property of Morgantus. The SpectraScales platform cannot be copied, reproduced, or resold without explicit written authorization from Morgantus.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Morgantus or SpectraScales be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this demonstration platform. The HIPAA-compliance architecture is provided as-is for evaluation purposes.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
