We adhere strictly to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any automated pipelines, chatbot integrations, and intake forms deployed within the SpectraScales architecture utilize end-to-end encryption, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and secure temporal local storage to ensure that PHI is never mishandled.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data. Data is exclusively shared with authorized third-party healthcare platforms and insurance providers required to facilitate your child's therapy plan.

As a patient or guardian, you maintain the right to request access to your records, request amendments, and request an accounting of disclosures of your PHI under HIPAA regulations.
